So i've tried plugging my PC xbox360 Wireless controller in and was greeted with Code 37, so i tried fixes for that driver specifically with no luck,
I then tried my ps3 controller with motioninjoy and their drivers and Code 37 again.
Windows 7 64. GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 (rev. 1.3).
this is what i've all tried.
every USB port.
Resetting BIOS (battery and unplugged power)...
USB Error Code 37 unsolvable.

Dell Desktop Windows XP 32 bit IE7 no free memory to download anything. Can't remove programs, no security tab. No windows installer in safe mode. I've confused myself now.
Cannot access any file due to permissions. Need to know how to remove programs, then reset permissions. I've been trying to work on this for two days. Can't seem to make sense of any of the great information and tools...

I would like more help with my systems instant shutdown issues.
Hello, I have some questions.
my pc is switching off instantly in a way that you can only turn it back on if you switch off the psu wait 3-4 seconds then switch the psu back on. The pc instantly starts up without having to press the power on switch. Sometimes it is weeks between system shutdowns.
