New computer wont even go into the BIOS

I just got an Intel DZ68BC desktop board with 8GB of DDR3 RAM; I have a 1TB hard drive. I have all the front panel headers on correctly. I have a 400 watt power supply. The computer turns on, but that’s it. The fans run, the LEDs come on, but the computer doesn’t even go into POST or the BIOS.
