Let me begin on saying hello and what a mare and bad luck I have had over the last day.
Basically my syste was doing a windows system restore due to ie9 being corrupted and know way round a fix everything I done nothing worked. This is where the bad luck came in and during the system restore the power in my area decided to have a funny 5 seconds and well system restore didn't finish...
