Uneven Trackpad Sensitivity with Synaptics PS/2 Trackpad

Hello! My hard drive recently died, so I got a new one and set it up to triple-boot Bodhi, BackTrack, and Windows 7. Upon completing the 7 install, I noticed that the trackpad's sensitivity is uneven - it responds much more to up-down movements than to left-right movements.
