Dell Hard Drive Error 0146

Hi All, I have a Dell Optiplex 360 that failed to boot a year or two ago. It was put aside until recently now that we could use the system again. Since it wasn't booting again, I wipe the drive and got a fresh Windows 7 install onto it. I spent the time with updates and installing applications, a few days pass. When I turn the system on its now showing me the "No boot device available"...
