I have contacted the manuf'r and they don't know or recommend any products to diagnose the health of my PC. They won't send a technician out (event though it's well under their on-site warranty) to test the desktop. It's almost a Catch-22 situation: you have to know which part is broken in order to tell them to come and replace it. If I wanted to take the tech'ns 'advice' I would be well served...
