I know this has been brought up before but it has not been solved or at least none of the suggestions have worked over the last week I have been working of this problem. On one of my installs of Win 7 64 bit Ultimate is having an issue with the keyboard and mouse. They work fine in the UEFI but once I get too the login screen they do not work.
