I had a computer built for me, included in this was a Pioneer BD internal drive, which worked well with two different softwares (Burnaware & PavTube Bluray ripper).
My issue is that the computer no longer recognizes the drive, I have done some research but cannot find a definitive answer. The "microsoft fix"...
