Plan to put in SSD

I have a toshiba Satellite L505 with GB of RAM. I have windows 7 and a 64 bit system. I wish to up grade the memory to 8GB and put in a SSD . Any thoughts as to which SSD's icould use . I was thinking SanDisk 2.5"SATA III with 240GB capacity ???
