I have an Asus P6X58D-E motherboard with two USB3 sockets on the rear. Its works fine except when I plug 2 USB3 external drives in at the same time. The drives work fine, but only the first drive I plug in seems to work the other drive is dead. It doesnt matter which drive I plug in first (in either socket) only the first drive plugged in works.

SSD is super slow after 1 year ~2MB/s in write

Bizarre USB port issue
Hi all,
Since the hard drive got replaced on my laptop about a year ago, I've only had one working USB port on my laptop. This hasn't been an issue, as I've coped by using a USB splitter. Unfortunately, my laptop has recently started to behave differently depending on what I plug into the splitter.

Computer won't boot after new PSU install.
so I just installed a new PSU, but when I turn it on nothing happens. It just does nothing. All my cables are plugged in. The weirdest thing is when I flip my PSU off with the switch on my PSU the lights on my keyboard start to flash. Any ideas?

2nd sata hdd not recognizedby windows 7

Installed a 2nd sata 1 tb hdd( primary is a 2tb sata) in my system. It shows up in device manager as "online unallocated" with no drive letter. It does not show up in my computer.
How do I assign a drive letter, I have a lot of data on this hdd and do not want to have to format it?

Motherboard will not recognize USB
So Here is the issue ( I will try to be as descriptive as possible). None of my USB ports are working. I have a ps2 keyboard and when that is plugged in the computer will turn on and run. I went into device manager and the USB have a (code 28) next to them.

accessing floppy for some reason????
For some reason when I remove USB drives, or insert/eject discs into my optical drive, Windows goes and accesses the floppy drive. Problem with second drive
Now I have a second drive I want to put into the new laptop but cannot get it to be recognized as anything but unallocated. I have tried formatting it but Windows says it cannot do it in the pics is what I get now get.
I just want to use it for imaging and data back up say in two partitions. So any advise is welcome.

My computer wont detect disks *more info in thread*
Whenever I try to put any disk whether it be a CD or a DVD it wont be read. When I insert a disk into the tray and then press the button to have the tray slide back into the computer it spins for roughly five seconds gives a single beep and then repeats three of four times and beeps one more time right before the disk tray comes out.
